OXTAIL SOUP

preparation:


700 gr oxtail
3000 ml water
200 gr carrot, cut round
200 gr potato, cut into cub
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder 
2 cm cinnamon
3 pcs cloves
2 1/2 tbs salt
1 tsp sugar
2 slack leeks slices 1 cm
2 tbsp oil for sauteing 


GROUND SPICES
6 eggs onions
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper granules


CONDIMENTS COMPLEMENT
100 gr fried chips
2 tbsp fried onions
1 tomatoes chopped


HOW TO COOK:

  1. presto oxtail in water until tender, strain and measure the broth 2.500ml. boiled again, add oxtail.
  2. saute ground spices, nutmeg powder, cinnamon and cloves until fragrant. Poured into the oxtail stew. Add salt and sugar.  Cook until boiling.
  3. add potatoes and carrots. cook until done. Add slices sleeks, stir well.
  4. served with condiments complement.

MACARONI SKOTEL

Base material:
100 gr macaroni pipe
5 eggs
200 ml of liquid milk
50 g minced chicken
3 pieces of chicken sausage, cut into small squares
50 g boiled carrot cut in small squares
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon finely chopped celery
oil to fry
