CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP

Materials to be cooked:
100 gr carrots, slice into large dice
150 gr potatoes peeled, cut into large dice
50 gr mushroom ice, large pieces
50 gr boiled of red beans
100 gr chicken fillets, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic chopped
0,5 onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon margarine
0,5 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
salt tasted
0,25 teaspoon nutmeg powder
400 ml broth

HOW TO COOK

  • boiled carrots and potatoes, lift and set aside
  • heat margarine, saute garlic and onion untill fragrant
  • add chicken, stir until color changed
  • add all vegetables, stir
  • pour broth, add all seasoning, cook until boiling and cooked
  • lift and serve
