OYSTER MUSHROOM OMELET

Materials:
5 eggs beaten off chicken
2 cloves red onion, finely chopped
0.25 onion, finely chopped
5 pieces oyster mushroom, sliced
5 stem caisim, sliced
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoons pepper powder
3 dried chilies, finely chopped
1 leek, finely chopped
oil for frying

How to cook:

  • stir chickens eggs, red onion, onion, salt and pepper powder.
  • add oyster mushroom, vaisim, dried chillies, and sleek . stir well.
  • pour into skillet containing sunken oil have been heated over medium heat fry until cooked
