STIR-FRY CURD AND PEA

Materials:
1 sheet curd, soaked, cut into pieces
1 cauliflower, cut per bud
3 clove garlic, chopped.
2 cloves red onion, chopped
0.5 onion, long sliced
2 large chili pepper, deseeded , cut oblique
0,5 tablespoons oyster sauce
0,5 teaspoon fish sauce
0,5 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoon pepper powder
0,25 teaspoon sugar
75 gr pea, cut oblique
200 ml water
0,5 teaspoon cornstarch salute with 0,5 teaspoon water

HOW TO COOK

  • heat the oil, saute garlic, red onion, onion and red chili pepper until fragrant
  • add curd and cauliflower, stir well. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar. stir well.
  • Add peas, stir until half wilted, pour water, stir until boiling. thicken with cornstarch solution, stir untuill bubbling, lift and serve
  • for 4 servings.
