STEAMED CHICKEN STIR-FRY

Materials:
0.5 broiled chicken, cut into 12 sections
50 ml water
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon sugar
3 pieces discarded bones lime leaves, thinly slices
2 stalks lemon grass, sliced
3 teaspoons oil

Spice mashed:
6 cloves red onion
2 cloves garlic
5 red chili
3 green chili
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
3 grains of toasted hazelnut

How to cook:

  • heat the oil, saute spices until fragrant. Pour the water, boiled. Add salt and sugar.Stir well and lift.
  • mix chicken with sauted spices, lime leaves, and lemon grass. let stand for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • place in a heat resistant dish, steam for 45 minutes over low heated until cooked
