FRIED SNAPPER STEW

Material you needs:
1 whole red snapper, cleaned
1 orange juice, take the water
4 cloves red onion, mashed
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 red chili
2 green chili
3 tablespoon soy sauce



1 teaspoon pepper powder
0,5 teaspoon nutmeg powder
salt tasted
0,5 teaspoon sugar
50ml water

HOW TO COOK
1.  fillet the snapper, cut into square, coat with lemon juice and salt, set aside sometime
2.  heat oil, fry all the snapper until cooked and browned, remove and drain
3.  saute garlic and onion until fragrant
4.  add red and green chili, stir
5.  add soy sauce, nutmeg powder, pepper powder, ginger, salt and sugar
6.  good fish on the plate, flush with the sauce and serve
