SHRIMP SAUTE MUSTARD

MATERIALS:
100 gram mustard chopped
50 gram bean sprouts, remove the tail
100 gram medium shrimps, remove the head
3 cloves garlic chopped fine
3 cloves red onion, chopped fine
2 red chili, oblique slices
2 green chili, oblique slices
0,5 tablespoon fish sauce



1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt tasted
0,5 tablespoon sugar
0,5 tablespoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
100 ml water

how to cook;
1. heating cooking oil, saute garlic and red onion until fragrant
2. add shrimp, stir until color changed. add green and red chili. stir
3. add mustard and bean sprout, stir
4. add fish sauce, soy sauce and all seasonings. stir
5. add water, cook until done. add sesame oil. lift
6. serve.
(for 3 servings)
